Full-time Manager Role w/Benefits | $21 - $23 per hour | Monday – Friday | Weekends Off

Shift Details
- Site Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday
- Specific open and close times will be covered during the interview.
- Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
- This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach/develop your team.
- As the Site Manager, the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.
Leadership Scope
- Hire, retain, and develop a large team of employees, guiding frontline staff and support leadership to ensure safe, customer-focused operations.
- Oversee all logistics and operations of 18+ employees and 18+ vehicles
- Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team
- Oversight of daily scheduling, fleet coordination, training, and safety compliance
- Act as the point of escalation for operational issues, delays, or complaints, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
Minimum Requirements
- Over the age of 21 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- Possesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)
- 3–5 years of management experience in transportation and logistics operations
- Experience managing large teams (15+ employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads
