Shift Details
- Valet Team Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- This On-Call Valet Team Member position is designed to provide coverage when our regularly scheduled drivers are unavailable.
- With the hours being very inconsistent, this role is perfect for seasoned customer-focused individuals who are physically fit and just looking to stay active while giving back to their community.Â
- Again, this is flexible, as-needed work, and if hired, you will be contacted to provide coverage when the regularly scheduled team is unavailable.
Minimum Requirements
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
- High school Diploma or GED
- Due to the nature of this position, this person must live within 20 minutes of the location
- Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
- Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses).
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5Â years as an active driver
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
- This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
- Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service

You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
