The Seasonal Recruiter is an essential part of the team, providing critical support during busy hiring seasons. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a seamless and efficient recruitment process. 

 

This is a three-month seasonal contract anticipated to run from August through November.

 

What You’ll Be Doing At AMC  

  • Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers for seasonal and entry-level full-time roles.

  • Post job openings on external job boards, AMC’s careers page, and other recruiting channels.

  • Help source and pipeline talent using LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Maintain accurate data in the Paycom our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Prepare and organize interview materials and documentation.

  • Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.

  • Help create and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.

  • Support additional HR and recruitment tasks as needed.

Qualifications

What AMC Is Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting support, ideally in a fast-paced or seasonal hiring environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Paycom

Salary range: $20.00-$25.00/hour

The initial salary represents our starting point, and our compensation philosophy is designed to reward and recognize the contributions of our employees as they grow within the organization. External candidates typically begin their journey with us at the starting point of the salary range. The final compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills and geographic differential relevant to the position, and will be discussed during the interview process.
