We are seeking a Forge Press Set Up Operator to join our manufacturing team at Ezeflow USA – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a forge press to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of press processes, above average measuring skills, and basic knowledge of metal properties. The Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Follows work order specifications and check parts per specifications.
- Aligns and bolts specified dies on press bed, using rulers, squares, shims, feelers, and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret various set-up drawings.
- Adjusts the press setting to produce good parts.
- Moves blanks from furnace to press, checking temperature and size.
- Positions blanks on various die stages using tongs.
- Able to use various measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, scales, etc.
- Operates a forklift and moves parts around facility.
- Organize jobs moving in and out of forge press area.
- Assists press department where needed, such as forming fittings in hydraulic presses.

Schedule:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- 10 hour shift, 4 days per week working Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday alternating weeks
- Dayshift, 5:00am to 3:00pm
Salary: $17.90/hour (increase to $19.90 after qualified set-up)
