- A master’s degree in reading or a related field is required.
- Clear training in Reading Science & MTSS.
- Teaching experience in PreK–5 reading instruction.
- Proven ability to prepare educators in evidence-based reading practices.
- Experience writing instructional materials/resources.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse students, families, and school communities
