Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years working in Philanthropy, Annual Giving, Alumni Relations in Higher Education, or related field.
Specialized Training: Knowledge of annual fund operations, donor management, graphic design, and digital communications.
Preferred proficiency in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar donor software database.
Basic understanding of InDesign or similar design software.
Familiarity with Asana, Podio, SmugMug, and Canva

Work Environment, Physical Demands: Computer data input; multiple concurrent tasks with constant service interruptions; high level customer contact; strict confidentiality; detailed work and some regional and national travel.
