JOB SUMMARY
Primary accountability of the Subscription Specialist will be with all aspects of Subscriptions (understanding all types of Subscriptions, financial, creation, lifecycle, communication, and changes).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process billings and generate client invoices
Communication with multiple Sales and Service teams regarding Subscriptions and customers
Communicate changes/adds/removal/expiration of Subscriptions to Sales and Service team
Work with dispatch team on escalation of service tickets for proper billing
Interact with HPN Account Managers, HPN Controller, and customers to provide timely and accurate resolution
Process and send Subscription confirmations to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues that may arise
Other duties as assigned

Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation (both internal and external customers)
Strong self-management, time management, and follow-through skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Phone, email, and communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand
Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
A basic understanding of IT and related solutions preferred
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams from both Sales and Service Departments regarding Subscriptions
