The title clearing attorney has the job of reviewing and clearing the title examination after it comes back from a title examiner. They will review and analyze the commitment and title notes with title insurance underwriters to insure clear title prior to closing. They work alongside the pre closer to contact parties if they need further information or have questions. They prepare escrow agreements, deeds, affidavits and a variety of other documents in order to facilitate real estate closings properly. Once positive bar results are received, this person can begin handling closings in person with the buyers, sellers and agents. Seeking candidates for full time work in our Gwinnett offices.
