POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Area President is responsible for leading the various service, delivery and customer success functions across multiple branches in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Ensures financial oversight of a multi branch market, planning and forecasting, labor management, materials, and account management. Participates in or leads customer relations, sales and service activities.

• Achievement of established goals and objectives  – safety, financial, cultural, brand reputation

• HVAC/mechanical services/construction industry experience, leading and growing successful operations from sales to service, required
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferred
• Financial and analytical skills, and forecasting abilities, strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities includes building and growing a team, resolving issues, developing talent and managing measures of accountability
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• Demonstrated success running a multi-site sales and service organization
• Knowledge and experience with administration of safety and OSHA guidelines
• Experience reporting and presenting information to executive level management
