General Requirements:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
On-call responsibilities for emergency or urgent situations.
Role requires occasional travel to attend meetings, training, or regional events.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing full-service or select-service hotels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, accounting software, and revenue tools (e.g., Opera, OnQ, Marriott systems, etc.).
Familiarity with Florida labor laws and tourism market trends a plus.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Successful track record in hotel management.
Knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
Experience: Five (5) plus years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Education: None. Bachelor’s degree preferably hotel management or equivalent education a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk frequently a few hours a day
Light lifting, pushing and pulling
