WORKING CONDITIONS
- Primarily administrative with exposure to construction and repair materials, fluids, toners and ink cartridges;
- Seasonal displays may include hay, pine needles, flowers, etc.;
- Outside weather conditions at times;
- Noise level can be high at time
- This is not a work from home (remote) position.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis required. Preferred Certifications include Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
