Required:Â Â
- 6-8 years’ logistics and/or operations management experience, including 3+ years of leadership and volunteer management Â
- Five (5) experience of working in the medical / health sectorÂ
- 3+ years’ experience of managing warehouse operations Â
Preferred:Â Â
- Experience or knowledge of international or local distribution is preferred.Â
- Knowledge of Medical Health Product donations and procurement Â
- Change Management and process improvement experience Â

KNOWLEDGE:Â
- In-depth knowledge of health systems and associated supply chains within the United States. Â
- In-depth knowledge of medical health products and application in public health contexts. Â
- Knowledge of supply chain operations including warehousing and inventory management.Â
- Knowledge of not-for-profit partners and donors with medical donation sector Â
- Knowledge of public health protocols and best practice related to volunteer management.Â

Salary Range:Â Please note that the typical hiring range is $82,000 - $85000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
