The Branch Business Development Assistant provides marketing and administrative support to the Branch Business Development Coordinator and assigned Loan Officers. This role assists in executing marketing initiatives, managing social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, coordinating email campaigns, and performing general administrative duties. The position works closely with the Marketing & Business Development department to ensure all activities are completed effectively and in compliance with company standards. This position requires travel up to 65%.
Evolving as a Business Development Assistant by having…
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, marketing, or digital marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- One (1) year of experience with video editing software preferred.
Exciting Opportunities to Grow by…
- Assist Branch Business Development Coordinators (BBDCs) with planning and executing business development events.
- Coordinate and support Loan Officers with:
- Green room activities
- Social media requests across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Marketing materials (digital and print)
- Email newsletters and e-blasts
- Assist in creating videos for Loan Officers and agents, ensuring all content complies with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development departments to develop and update social media content that promotes lead generation for Loan Officers.
- Post client testimonials and related content on Loan Officers’ social media pages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design creation platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple sources.
Highly organized, disciplined, and task-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
