Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.
- Educate clients on their individual skincare needs and recommend products and services tailored to their goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized care and outstanding customer service.
- Actively network with prospective patients to generate new business and establish a loyal patient base.
- Work closely with the team to cross-sell injectable treatments and other laser procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Meet personal and team goals for treatment sales and client retention.
