Responsible for coordinating all marketing, design and communications efforts for a bustling and growing medical practice. This position will work collaboratively with direction from operations and assistance from managers, providers and team members. We are looking for a creative and reliable individual, motivated to support, and implement compelling marketing strategies for busy teams, as well as engage, educate and inspire our patient population.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation and optimization of SBCs direct-response marketing program across paid social, search, retargeting, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Own growth marketing by developing and scaling channels quickly and efficiently to drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Guide digital product initiatives by setting a clear roadmap and executing in a patient- centric way.
- Track progress of various website projects in queue.
- Assist in analyzing data and monthly reporting to track progress.
- Prepare periodic reports to present to Director of Marketing.
- Help organize and prepare photo shoots and videos (content) for our providers and practices.
- Support and help implement marketing initiatives using project management systems to manage printed collateral, digital marketing, social media, website promotions, guest communications, etc.
- Provide graphics design support to a variety of applications using Adobe Creative Suite
- Provide copywriting and proof/editing for various marketing projects including, but not limited to, ads, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Must be willing to travel between Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, West Hills and Santa Clarita as needed
