Description

As a key member of the Physician Services Department, the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing clinical providers, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting full candidate engagement. Working closely with the Physician Recruiter and operational leaders, this role requires a resourceful, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing competing priorities, and possess strong technical and creative capabilities to support innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging recruitment tools, trends, and best practices.
  2. Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, internet searches, social media, and referrals.
  3. Analyze recruitment data and use insights to improve sourcing strategies.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate and provider data within the CRM (Nutshell).
  5. Coordinate virtual and onsite candidate interviews with operational leadership.
  6. Create engaging, professional marketing materials and job postings.
  7. Post job ads across platforms to increase visibility for open provider positions.
  8. Support planning and logistics for recruiting events (e.g., residency fairs, trade shows), including venue selection and marketing collateral.
  9. Maintain up-to-date practice profiles including key operational and service information.

  • Strong research and digital sourcing skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of medical education and healthcare provider roles (physicians, NPs, PAs).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or sales-related roles.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or a medical practice management environment is highly preferred.
