About Berman Skin Institute (BSI)
Founded a quarter century ago by David Berman, MD, a board-certified dermatologist, Berman Skin Institute (BSI) blends state-of-the-art medical technology and research with a dedication to patient care and healing. With eleven clinics across Northern California, BSI offers broad dermatologic services including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, skin care products, and medi-spa/aesthetician treatments.
BSI is home to one of the largest skin laser centers in the world with over 50 lasers on site, plus advanced devices such as ARTAS robots for hair transplant. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional results while prioritizing the patient experience.
The Patient Services Representative/Cosmetics Treatment Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. This role goes beyond front desk duties—it's about creating an outstanding patient experience, building strong relationships, and actively promoting our cosmetic services and skincare products.
We’re seeking someone who is customer service driven, sales-minded, and passionate about aesthetics and skincare. If you love talking about treatments that help people feel more confident, and you’re energized by hitting sales goals, this is the perfect fit
