The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales and executing planned events as agreed to for Old Edwards customers and quests. Must be professional, have hotel and banquet/event experience, and ability to perform in a fast-paced world-class hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals
- Work with the team to meet or exceed the budgeted annual sales goals
- Generate new accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Function as liaison between the client, sales manager, and the property, coordinating with each department regarding their specific role in the on-site event.
- Responsible for the effective review, planning, communication, coordination, and execution of planned events
- Have an outstanding ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
- Conduct sales call when needed, by telephone, internet, and in-person, to promote the property and respond to all inquiries including, providing on occasion a property tour
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
- Exhibit sound decision-making, motivation, and high morale
- Demonstrate elevated levels of quality service and service skills consistently both with internal and external clients
- Delight, our guests, both internal and external, with outstanding service
- Conduct special projects as needed
- Maintain the required confidential nature of any situation
