Sales & Catering Associate

Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales & Catering Associate to join our award-winning team. This role ensures that events run smoothly, clients are cared for, and in-house groups receive outstanding service. 

What You’ll Do:

• Support the sales team by coordinating events and client needs. 
• Assist with revenue management (room blocks, billing, meeting space). 
• Lead pre- and post-event meetings to ensure seamless execution. 
• Collaborate with the team to achieve annual sales goals. 
• Provide excellent guest service and quick resolution of client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of catering or sales experience preferred. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe and Delphi a plus. 
• Positive, professional appearance and communication skills.
