What You’ll Do

  • Drive catering and event sales while exceeding guest expectations.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Oversee event logistics including catering, room blocks, billing, and accommodations.
  • Lead pre- and post-event meetings to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4+ years in hotel sales, catering, or events (luxury hospitality preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Amadeus software a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and deliver under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
