Assistant Bar Manager, Madisons

Old Edwards is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to help oversee our luxury bar outlets and deliver world-class guest experiences. This role works closely with the Bar Manager to train staff, manage inventory, and enhance our beverage program while ensuring smooth and memorable service.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and motivate bartenders, ensuring consistent quality.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and bar readiness.
• Maintain compliance with ABC laws and hotel policies.
• Develop creative cocktails and bar program concepts.
• Maximize revenue while managing beverage costs and labor.
• Provide quick, attentive service and resolve guest concerns.
• Be present on the floor to support staff and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
