The Lead Spa Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by overseeing the daily operations of the spa reception team. The Lead Spa Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests, manages scheduling, and supports the spa team in creating a luxurious and personalized wellness experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and anticipatory welcome to all guests.
- Assist guests with spa reservations, inquiries, and recommendations to curate personalized experiences.
- Ensure the seamless execution of guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and product offerings.
- Supervise the Spa Concierge team, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Oversee daily scheduling and appointment coordination to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure that all spa policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently upheld.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager to implement operational improvements and guest enhancements.
- Monitor and manage spa bookings, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Process payments, gift cards, and promotions in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with inventory tracking and ensure proper stocking of spa reception supplies.
- Generate reports on guest preferences, service trends, and operational efficiencies.
