Portfolio Manager

As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll work closely with our Commercial Loan Officers to provide personalized service to a portfolio of business clients. You’ll guide customers through the lending process, help identify opportunities for growth, and ensure we’re managing credit risk effectively and responsibly.

What You’ll Do

• Support business clients with their banking needs and help navigate lending solutions
• Assist loan officers with client meetings, loan structuring, renewals, and underwriting
• Collaborate with our Credit Department on financial analysis and portfolio reviews
• Attend Loan Committee meetings and contribute to loan presentations
• Participate in business development efforts and identify new opportunities through active involvement and outreach

What We’re Look For:

• A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of credit or related experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in reviewing financial statements and structuring loans
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn, contribute to continuous improvement, and engage in community involvement
