What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll combine your branch management and lending expertise to lead our retail team and deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will:
- Lead and Develop your Team: Coach, mentor, and support staff to grow their skills and reach their career goals.
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand customer relationships, promote bank services, and support sales initiatives.
- Serve Lending Needs: Originate quality mortgage and consumer loans that help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Build Strong Relationships: Get to know our customers, understand their needs, and connect them with the right products and services.
- Oversee Branch Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain compliance, and deliver an exceptional banking experience.
