About the Role

As a Senior Accountant / Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the Bank’s financial integrity and supporting informed decision-making. Working independently and collaboratively, you’ll handle accounting functions, financial analysis, and reporting that guide strategic goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing precision with problem-solving — and who values both accuracy and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform general accounting duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with department leaders.
  • Support investment portfolio accounting, cash flow monitoring, and treasury functions.
  • Partner with auditors and examiners to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and five years of related experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Experience in banking or financial institutions is helpful but not required; CPA designation is a plus.
