Loan Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Loan Operations Analyst to join our team in Luxemburg, WI (this is not a remote position). This position plays a key role in supporting the loan operations department by maintaining data accuracy, creating reports, and assisting with process improvements that enhance efficiency across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key resource for loan operations reporting, analysis, and process enhancement.
• Create and maintain data reports to ensure accuracy and compliance within loan systems.
• Support loan processing functions such as escrow analysis, payment posting, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to streamline workflows and enhance system utilization.
• Assist in training and supporting other team members on operational procedures and system updates.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with three or more years of related financial industry or operational experience (preferred).
• Strong computer proficiency, including Word and Excel; report writing experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
