Lezzer Lumber, family-owned and operated company, began in 1927 and has remained a leader in the building supply materials industry. Lezzer Lumber has grown over the decades into the 30th largest lumber dealers in the country. We are currently comprised of 11 retail stores, 4 commercial door facilities, and a truss manufacturing plant, all located in Pennsylvania.

Summary:
Attains sales and gross profit margin objectives for assigned territory with contractor accounts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Sells and services established contractor and/or commercial accounts.
• Personally visits accounts on job sites or office as necessary.
• Seeks to create a “business partnership” relationship with accounts. Recommends product, productivity, and service efficiencies to cultivate account relationships.
• Provides customers with bids or quotes and material estimates for various materials packages.
• Maintains pricing flexibility within the guidelines established by the Location Manager or Senior Management.
• Improves sales volume and gross profit margins.
• Locates special order products for personal accounts.
• Prospects for new, target accounts and maintains a profile of their needs and current suppliers.
• Assists in securing information regarding creditworthiness of accounts. Assists in credit collections as necessary.
• Coordinates the timely delivery of materials for orders placed by accounts.
• Informs Location Manager of material and service needs of customers as well as various competitive price levels in the marketplace.
• Participates in local building materials and construction related organizations and associations.
• Provides location management with necessary plans, reports, and account data as requested.
