Responsible for the direct planning and coordination of ship loose materials through production and shelter shipments. Manage the following essential duties.
- The Prep team is the sole owner of ship loose material and ship loose material shortages and the communication with Manufacturing and Roanoke Project Management personnel.
- Tracks shelter shipments with ship loose material.
- Maintains ship loose traveler logs.
- Review and identify ship loose shortages two weeks prior to shelter ship date.
- Coordinates with Production, Quality and Engineering of ship loose material shortages from pick list and Field Services.
- Responsible for scheduling weekly review on ship loose shortages for all projects and report out to the appropriate teams.
- Scanning and the use of bar codes.
- Remove material from building per drawing and prepare the building to ship or go to storage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
