Job Summary:
An APA Assistant Sistema Director is responsible for engaging with students in a learning environment, establishing a positive rapport with students and their parents, and preparing materials and supplies.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Continually interface with students, volunteers, staff, and parents

Ability to lead and supervise small and large groups

Recognize potential issues and applying problem solving methods as needed

Ability to observe student behavior and assist in the appropriate behavior management techniques

Accurately complete incident reports, attendance, receipts, and other program related materials

Identify student and staff needs and communicate to program director

Help students with homework when applicable

Help foster a positive learning and working environment
