- Previous experience coaching youth basketball or playing at a competitive level required.
- Strong understanding of basketball rules, strategies, and fundamentals.
- Ability to lead clinics, develop player skills, and foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and teens in a recreational or athletic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with youth participants, parents, and staff.
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage a group with authority and care.
- CPR/First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Background check clearance is required.
- Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.

Equipment Use:
Knowledge of set-up and maintenance of a variety of sport equipment.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
