The Expertise We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One (1) year of experience experience in case management services such as Case Aide, Intake Specialist, Assistant Case Manager, Case Manager.
- Bilingual in Spanish in English.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.

- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to safely drive on agency vehicles.
- Ability to appropriately handle and maintain confidential information.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities, handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of professional boundaries with children in care, staff, and volunteers.
- Experience and competency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel and Access databases, telephone, calculator, fax machine, automobiles, and copier.
