The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
- One (1) year of experience in working with homeless populations, including individuals with mental health challenges.
- One (1) year of experience of case management, in supportive housing or homelessness services.
- Valid Texas Driver's License

- Experience conducting outreach and presentations.
- Flexible and effective team player, able to adapt to changes and a busy workplace environment.
- Knowledge and experience with housing issues and available resources.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and people skills.
- Computer literate - experience with MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook}, and using internet.
- Ability to work under pressure, address multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify key issues in problem solving and implement effective and creative solutions.
