The Expertise We're Looking For
-
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or another mental health field with advanced licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW)
-
License in the State of Texas to practice Counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMSW and/or LPC)
-
Five (5) years of administrative management experience in a clinical setting
-
Two (2) years of operational budget management experience
-
Valid Texas Driver’s License

Demonstrated knowledge of counseling theories and skills.

Able to develop and establish productive relationships with the community and staff.

Ability to demonstrate use of business acumen to develop and execute operational planning and client services.

Demonstrated success working with people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, command of the English language.
-
Ability to handle confidential information.
