The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in training and compliance coordination, within refugee resettlement or human services.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License

Strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by refugee populations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of refugee resettlement policies and procedures is desirable.

Proficiency in one or more languages spoken by refugee populations served by the program is an asset.
