The Expertise We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field

Two (2) years of experience in case management within the homelessness services, housing programs, or social services.

One (1) year of experience in a supervisory role leading a case management or social services team.

Possess Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Certificate or obtain within 90 days of employment

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and stakeholders.

Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles.

Experience with homeless population and housing stabilization.

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Ability to communicate effectively and to develop and present information to diverse audiences at the community level.

Ability to work with diverse populations in collaborative situations.
-
Strong organizational skills.
