Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring medium physical exertion, talking and hearing and adequate vision on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 60% of the time.Â
Non-physical Requirements:
Education
- Bachelors’ Degree in Social Sciences or related field, preferred
- High School diploma required
Experience
- 3 years’ experience in volunteer management and working with senior and disabled population required, 1 year experience in leadership supervising employees
Special Skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and facilitate team meetings
- Ability to relate well with volunteers and clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to travel to locations across Central Washington
- Strong computer skills, data entry, and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Licensure, Registration, Certification
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State
- Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities’ liability insurance provider
Employment is conditional upon:
- Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Wage Range:Â $30 - $36 per hour, depending on experience
