Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in a partner management or channel development role.
- Experience in Auto Aftermarket industry with Tire services, a strong plus.
- Proven understanding of various partner motions (Referral, Co-Sell, Resell).
- A successful track record partner lead generation and bookings to meet/exceed targets
- Strong project/time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple relationships while driving metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce CRM.
- Working knowledge of using outbound automation tools like Salesloft
- Highly capable skills in engaging over video (Zoom) conference (and in person)
- Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approx. 10%)
- Self-starter skills to work independently and in collaborative team settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels.
- Ability to absorb knowledge quickly and thrive in growth-focused, changing environment
- Sense of urgency and can gracefully juggle varying Partner needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
