Manage data requirements and operational analysis within Channel Management; ensuring excellent service to channel partners and NPAs.

Education
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be acceptable.
Training and Specialized Knowledge
Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, pay attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training in and/or knowledge of the AbilityOne program is recommended but not required.

Experience
Operational support professional with experience in business intelligence tools, Microsoft Office, and industry practices, with a proven ability to resolve issues and quickly learn and manage dashboards.
Travel
Up to 10%
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the administrative and operational tasks as it relates to program data to include the following duties:
- Develop, design, and manage business intelligence dashboard for channel management.
- Responsible for dashboard development and analysis for channel management.
- Work alongside team to collect data and execute processes to align with the mission.
- Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential trends for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations.
- Assist with identifying distributor and federal product requirements to improve the business intelligence solutions.
- Development of executive summaries and scenarios utilizing AI.
- Monitor channel partners’ product requirements and communicate potential implications to NPAs related to compliance.
- Continually monitor channel data collection and communicate finding to management
- Participate in applicable NAEPB office and Jan/San product subcommittee groups meetings to improve NPA support of data files and education on requirements.
- Support channel team on ad-hoc projects.
- Provide operational support related to open and late orders utilizing data analytics.
- Management of Amazon storefront ensuring accurate and timeliness of product information.
