WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING| THE ROLE

As our Manager of Application Services, you will manage the day-to-day functionality of our Yardi systems, ensuring smooth operations, user access, and reliable integrations. In addition to administration and support, this role plays a key part in coordinating cross-platform projects and technology upgrades. You will work closely with leadership and vendors to implement new tools, optimize workflows, and support company-wide systems integration.
 

System Administration & Support

  • Serve as the lead administrator for Yardi and other applications integrated with Yardi.
  • Manage a team of two Yardi help desk professionals supporting Property Management, Property and Corporate Accounting, Development, Compliance and Finance operations within the organization.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and system permissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, maintain detailed documentation of configurations and workflows.

Technology Projects & Integrations

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of technology solutions across the portfolio.
  • Support current integrations with Keyline Reporting, Conservice, Concur, and HappyCo.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on implementation of additional Yardi functionality including Construction Manager, Purchase Orders, Advanced Budgeting and Investment Management along with third-party solutions for Treasury Management and Investor Reporting.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones and ensure successful data flow and user adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and assist with vendor communications.

Training & User Support

  • Deliver system training and onboarding for end-users across departments and manage user support to internal teams.
  • Serve as primary liaison with Yardi support and other tech vendors to resolve issues and streamline operations.
  • Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization across departments.

Reporting & Data

  • Support financial and billing reporting within Yardi.
  • Use SQL to troubleshoot data issues and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain and customize standard reports and build new ones based on business needs.
     

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING| THE ROLE

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Yardi platforms in a property management or real estate setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Yardi Voyager and its configuration capabilities.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Yardi report writing tools.
  • Experience with Yardi accounting modules, affordable housing compliance tools, purchase orders and construction manager.
  • Familiarity with integrating multiple third-party platforms.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or other project management credentials.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning tools in property technology.
