Golf Shop Assistant

Are you passionate about golf and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? Hound Ears Club is seeking a friendly and professional Golf Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and welcoming golf environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a positive, helpful attitude

• Assist with retail sales, tee time bookings, and customer inquiries

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and reservations

• Keep the shop tidy, organized, and well-stocked

• Receive and tag inventory, and assist with merchandise displays

• Provide support during golf tournaments and special events

• Communicate effectively with golf and clubhouse staff

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer and math abilities (POS experience a plus)

• Professional, team-oriented attitude

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Interest or knowledge in golf is a plus, but not essential
