Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff, providing professional and courteous service in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming calls, handling general inquiries, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations and maintaining PCA’s security/access protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor while demonstrating a high level of professionalism at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all incoming traffic in a professional and courteous manner. Notify the administration of any appointments waiting and direct visitors to the appropriate offices
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provides general and non-technical information in response to questions from the public
- Assist with mail-outs; labels, stuffing, and distribution
- Performs light typing and clerical duties
- Any special projects as determined by the administration

School Year Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:30 - 6:00 pm, Wednesday: 2:30 - 6:00 pm
