Job Summary
In this key Field Service Technician position, you will travel within a 100-mile radius territory Monday through Friday each week installing, performing routine maintenance, and/or making repairs on a wide range of cash automation equipment including counters, recyclers, and ATMS. You will build lasting relationships while providing excellent customer service.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in installation or repair of office equipment, POS systems, video surveillance, and/or security alarms.Â
Responsibilities include:
- Install and repair machines
- Upgrade software and hardware
- Diagnose system complications and perform repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Effectively communicate with QDS team members
- Effectively communicate through Microsoft Outlook
