Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma and/or GED preferred
- Must have 5 years cooking, supervising and or managing others experience in this capacity.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10lbs or more.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced and potentially stressful environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
