Qualifications:
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Social Worked (LSW) in the state of Ohio.
- RN is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a clinical or healthcare environment preferred.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- The ability to multitask, set priorities, and effectively manage time in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to travel to five county territory (Medina, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Cuyahoga)
