The Opportunity

If you're a seasoned professional passionate about growing and engaging nonprofit networks, the Nonprofit Development Manager role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in member acquisition, customer service, account management, and data analytics. The Nonprofit Strategy Team is dedicated to expanding and strengthening Good360’s nonprofit network, helping to close the need gap and maximize impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support nonprofit partners throughout their lifecycle with Good360, including strategic engagement, resource alignment, and nationwide site visits. 
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the nonprofit network, fostering collaboration that amplifies missions, expands impact, and drives sustainable growth. 
  • Enhance data capture and integration processes to improve accuracy, accessibility, and insights, driving more informed decision-making and stronger nonprofit engagement. 
  • Support members by managing truckload approval and redistribution partner approval processes, ensuring efficient distribution and alignment with program goals.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related client-facing roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, goal-oriented attitude and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for Good360’s mission and a commitment to social responsibility.

Work Location

Salary

$65,000-70,000 with 5% bonus potential
