Good360 is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Brand & Strategic Marketing to lead our organization's brand presence, content development strategy, and strategic partnership marketing. This senior leadership position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed, mission-driven environments and has a proven track record of building compelling narratives that drive audience engagement and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Brand Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with organizational mission and values
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and touchpoints
- Lead brand positioning initiatives and messaging frameworks, partnering closely with Development, Fundraising, and Communications to ensure brand and message frameworks directly support partner, donor engagement, storytelling, and disaster response initiatives
- Oversee brand guidelines implementation and evolution
- Monitor brand perception and market positioning through research and analytics
Cross-Functional Brand Enablement
- Create tools for ongoing training and onboarding so that staff understands how brand strengthens trust, drives growth, and serves our mission
- Develop and maintain brand toolkits, templates, and plug-and-play assets to empower staff across departments to communicate clearly and consistently
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand daily brand usage needs, reducing reliance on case-by-case approvals and enabling faster, more effective work organization-wide
Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership
- Lead storytelling initiatives that effectively communicate impact, mission and thought leadership
- Direct content strategy, collection, and curation across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia channels
- Oversee editorial calendar development and content production workflows
- Ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse stakeholder audiences
- Collaborate with Fundraising, Communications and Program teams to develop research-based campaigns, case studies and impact narratives that highlight Good360’s mission impact.
- Support partner and nonprofit impact reports and annual reports.
Strategic Partnership Support
- Develop marketing strategies to support partnership development and stewardship
- Create partnership-focused marketing materials and presentations, brand-aligned collateral and messaging
- Advise team coordination of co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Lead cause and affinity marketing campaigns
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 marketing professionals in addition to vendor management
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-driven team culture
- Provide professional development opportunities and career guidance
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability structures
Budget Management & Operations
- Develop and manage annual marketing budget
- Track and report on ROI and effectiveness of marketing investments
- Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation and spending priorities
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage external agency relationships
- Implement cost-effective marketing solutions and tools
