QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune and endpoint administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, especially in enterprise deployment and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Office365, Group Policy, and security/compliance practices.
- Experience in enterprise-level Windows migrations or large-scale OS deployment projects.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid server environments, scripting (PowerShell), and patch management solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven trustworthiness and history of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating well.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellence in communicating business risk and remediation requirements from assessments.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector. (Preferred)
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-101, or AZ-104. (Preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.

ORGANIZATION

- This position reports directly to the Technical Operations Manager.
- This position does not oversee other positions.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Â
All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
