Description

  • Monitor held accounts. 
  • Notify merchant to inform on exceeding chargeback threshold, obtain reduction plan and rebuttal documentation.
  • Responsible for answering/returning merchant calls and emails.
  • Review and analyze cardholder dispute documentation on card brand sites and download electronic file for record keeping purposes.
  • Review merchant rebuttal to verify legibility, supporting documentation addressing the dispute reason code and countering the cardholder’s claim.
  • Representment merchant rebuttal documentation to issuer/card brand.
  • Decision making on a regular basis, exercises good judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions.

Qualifications

  • Clean background and credit history required.
  • Handle confidential information with proper security measures.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
  • Computer literate with excellent skills in MS Windows and Office.
