Description

About the role

Kurv (Electronic Merchant Systems) is hiring a Project Manager to own the flow from intake → sizing/ROI → prioritization → delivery → commercialization for IT-led initiatives. You’ll partner with business leaders to translate ideas into scoped work, align executives on priorities, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure every release lands with training, enablement, and measurable adoption—not just code shipped.

What you’ll do

  • Run intake and discovery; clarify problem statements, value hypotheses, dependencies, and compliance needs.

  • Build decision-ready packets with T-shirt sizing (effort/complexity/risk) and ROI with business/finance.

  • Drive portfolio prioritization using objective criteria (strategic fit, ROI, capacity, risk).

  • Maintain the source-of-truth roadmap in Monday.com/Jira (owners, dates, RAG, risks, decisions).

  • Lead delivery: plans, milestones, critical path, inter-team dependencies; run standups/demos/readouts.

  • Orchestrate commercialization & GTM: release notes, playbooks, internal training, adoption tracking.

  • Measure outcomes: define success metrics up front; run 30/60/90-day post-launch reviews.

What success looks like

  • Intake → exec decision cycle time ≤ 15 business days.

  • On-time delivery ≥ 90%, with risks surfaced early and mitigated.

  • Tangible business impact at 30/60/90 days (usage, reliability, revenue/cost metrics).

What you bring

  • 5–8 years project/program management in IT, product, or operations with proven cross-functional delivery.

  • Skilled at building business cases and turning them into prioritized roadmaps.

  • Hands-on commercialization/GTM experience (enablement assets, training, launch/adoption plans).

  • Tools: Monday.com or Jira; Confluence/Docs; diagramming (Miro/Visio).

  • Excellent communication with executives and frontline teams; crisp writing and facilitation.

Nice to have

  • Payments/fintech or enterprise SaaS background.

  • Exposure to cloud migration and/or data platform work (e.g., lakehouse).

  • Familiarity with compliance (PCI, SOC 2, SOX) and vendor coordination.

  • Agile/Scrum or PMI; change management (Prosci/ADKAR) helpful.

Why Kurv / EMS

We’re modernizing a payments platform and operating model—moving fast on cloud, data, and customer experience. You’ll have clear ownership, executive access, and the ability to contribute to a growing business.
