Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Mac systems
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Fellow, and Slack
- Comfortable using or learning AI-based tools to improve efficiency and communication
- Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and optimize workflows
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and departments.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail, especially when tracking deadlines and managing executive priorities
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential or sensitive information
